This hotel offers great value for money, especially considering its central location in the heart of the old town, just next to the cathedral. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with amenities such as air conditioning and a cozy two-person bed. The breakfast served at the hotel is delicious and offers a good selection.
No improvements needed, everything was satisfactory.

Hotel location is excellent. It is located opposite the city's main cathedral and around the corner from the Grote Market which contains the unesco town hall. All the museum's and tourist attractions are within a few minutes walk. There is excellent shopping a few minutes walk away. It is easy to get to by underground tram (3 stops away) or 25 mins walk from the main train station.
Hotel does not contain lift/elevator. If have heavy luggage or are elderly it is difficult as the stairs are very steep and narrow. The rooms are very basic and no shower gel or soap was provided. The room I had did not even have a bedside locker/table

Didn't like the toilet without doors. Lack of privacy. Wouldn't stay there as couple only as single person.

Can't think of anything.

Location is perfect! Next to the Cathedral. Great for a quick weekend trip, but you must be able to handle city sounds at night.
As mentioned in other posts, the open design of the bathroom is not my cup of tea.

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel in the heart of the old town. The location was fantastic, just off the main square and right next to the cathedral. It was so convenient to have everything within walking distance, including the train station which was only a 20-minute straight walk away. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, giving us excellent tips on where to go and what to see. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a nice two-person bed and essential amenities like air conditioning. Each morning, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast to start our day off right.
No major issues, everything was fine.

The staff were exceedingly helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect for a city break to Antwerp.
The 'open plan' nature of the bathroom and toilet.

The hotel is the same as former hotel Postiljon and has just been rebranded. Rooms and central facilities are well redecorated. Breakfast room and seatings around the nice fire place are stylish. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Warm and cosy atmosphere, because it's not one of those big (chain) hotels.
Because the hotel is right opposite the cathedral, we found the loud ringing of the clocks disturbing. Also, the bar(s) just around the corner played loud music during the night. The bedroom and bathroom are only separated by a wall that is not closed till the ceiling (also no door). Might be disturbing to people that want/need privacy while in the bathroom.

Staying in the hotel is very convenient if you want to explore the heart of the old town. You can walk to many attractions and places of interest in no time. the breakfast is adequate, and the staff is friendly and helpful.
The bathroom lacks privacy, and you may find it uncomfortable to use if you're sharing the room with someone else.

The best part of my stay at this hotel was the exceptional value for money. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the hotel's central location in the heart of the old town just next to the cathedral. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The basic amenities in the room, including the comfortable two-person bed and the availability of AirCon, were just what I needed. Additionally, the breakfast provided was satisfying and left me ready for the day ahead.
All aspects of my stay at this hotel were more than satisfactory.

The room was spacious, modern and well-furnished. Loved the big bathroom with a fancy shower.
The lack of an elevator made it difficult for me to climb up with all my luggage. The breakfast was underwhelming and lacked variety.
